Adelaide is a grungy city. It still is a rustbucket city as it hasn’t recovered from the collapse of low end manufacturing in the 1980s, the collapse of the State Bank of South Australia in 1991, and the subsequent debt of the South Australian state government from having to bail out the bank’s bad debts.
